I see something is weighing him down. His shoulders are tight. His breathing is shallow. His face carries tension.

I listen. I ask questions. Together we explore what is happening. He begins to widen the picture. Fresh perspectives emerge. Possibilities begin to appear.

He pauses.

About Kevin

My coaching journey began long before I formally became a coach.

As an elite choreographer and performance coach, I worked with national, world, and Olympic Figure Skating Champions.

From coaching individuals to directing productions of one to three thousand performers at the Olympic Games and World Athletic Championships, I developed a deep understanding of performance, human potential, leadership, and transformation.

Today, that experience is integrated with executive leadership coaching, facilitation, and leadership development across global organisations and European Union institutions and agencies.
